Therapeutic Massage: Therapeutic massage session customized to your individual needs incorporating various massage and bodywork techniques. 30 minutes /$45, 60 minutes/$70 , 90 minutes/$95

Deep Tissue Massage: Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. 30 minutes/$50, 60 minutes/$80 , 90 minutes/$105

Myofascial Target Tx: Myofascial release is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. The method engages the myofascial tissue and loads it with constant force until release occurs.To achieve this, practitioners can use knuckles, elbows, or other tools to slowly stretch the restricted fascia. The practitioner moves slowly through the layers of the fascia until the deep tissues are reached. This treatment may also include kinesiology taping, cupping or muscle scraping. 60 minutes/$80

Youth Wellness Massage: For our youth 17 and under, this service focuses on a combination of therapeutic massage to tension holding area (ie: neck, shoulders, back, etc.) and foot reflexology for overall balance and calm.  Our youth today are dealing with an incredible amount of increased stress, anxiety and depression. 45 minutes/$50

Reflexology Massage: Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body. 60 minutes/$70, 90 minutes/$95

Fertility Massage: This massage will open, cleanse and balance in preparation for conceiving. Aiding in digestion and stimulating specific reflex points associated with conception. 60 minutes/$70

Pregnancy Massage: Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. 60 minutes/$70

Reiki Energy Work: Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which they believe allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium. 60 minutes/$70

Lymphatic Drainage: Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, proteins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells about 20 times faster than the body is able to do on its own. Once a large amount of toxins are eliminated, the body is able to relax more deeply and use its energy more directly to regenerate the cells. 60 minutes/$75

Himalayan Salt Hot Stone Massage: The revitalizing power of Himalayan Salt and therapeutic heat offer a meditative reprieve from the day’s stresses.  This wellness treatment is perfect for stressed bodies and minds, soothing tired muscles, releasing tension, and nourishing the skin with 84 essential trace minerals and elements. 75 minutes/$90
