Cancellation Policy
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
At Lotus Touch Therapy, LLC your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes appointments may need to be rescheduled or changed under circumstances out of your control. We kindly request 24 hours notice upon canceling an appointment. If prior notice is not given you will be charged a 50% fee of the missed appointment. If appointment is a no show you will be charged 100% of the missed appointment. This must be paid prior to any future appointments.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
